How to Return
Email support@ultratrig.com with your order number and reason for return. We respond within 24 hours.
We email you a prepaid return shipping label. No cost to you — we cover return shipping worldwide.
Package the UltraTrig securely and drop it off at the nearest carrier location.
Once we receive and inspect the return (3–5 business days), your refund is processed to your original payment method.
Return Conditions
- Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery.
- Product must be in original condition with all accessories.
- Original packaging preferred but not required.
- Refund includes product price + any original shipping paid.

Warranty
Every UltraTrig is covered by a 1-year manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. This covers: cooling fans, trigger mechanisms, battery, clamp mechanism, and charging port.
Warranty claims are processed within 48 hours. We'll send a replacement or issue a refund — whichever you prefer. Email support@ultratrig.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
