4. Shipping & Delivery

We offer free worldwide shipping. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, carrier issues, or events beyond our control.

You may return products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Products must be in original condition. Return shipping is free. Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days of receiving your return.

UltraTrig products are covered by a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.
